Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for
a travel nursing job in Bozeman, Montana.Job Description &
Requirements
Location: Bozeman, MT
Job Type: Contract (13-week assignment with possible extension)
Start Date: Feb 10, 2025
Shift: Day Shift, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, including weekend
rotations.
High Chances to get a response within 24-48 hrs. from the
facility.
Responsibilities may be included but not limited:
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to
develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient progress and resolve barriers to effective
care.
Actively participate in the discharge planning process.
Perform comprehensive assessments and determine case management
needs.
Maintain ongoing case load for regular patient outreach and
management.
Qualifications:
Required: Updated Resume,
Montana Registered Nurse Licensure, 2+ years of nursing experience,
American Heart Association BLS certification. Last four digit of
SSN

Two professional references
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing, 2+ years of acute care
hospital experience as a case manager.
Additional Information:
Must reside at least 90 miles from the facility to be
considered.
Facility reserves the right to cancel shifts due to low census or
