You will be the product owner with a team of engineers, working on delivering new and improving existing features. You will promote a culture of data-driven decision making and risk management with customers and customer-facing teams within our organization. You will lead product strategy, product execution, create product development plans, manage backlogs, and work closely with a cross-functional team to develop and maintain product ideas that solve customer problems.To be successful in this role, you will need to understand Product Lifecycle Management, how products are used by customers, conduct experiments or optimizations using industry best practices, and measure the outcomes of your efforts with both qualitative and quantitative approaches. You will have a passion for developing new ideas and understanding customer use cases by working with experts from the field.Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to execute product strategy and deliver business growth using standard development methodologies such as agile and tools such as JIRA.
  • Suggest new ways to deliver insights from thousands of data points.
  • Establish and track key metrics used to measure the success and performance of the products you are responsible for.
  • Communicate customer value propositions and support customers and the sales organization with relevant information.
  • Capture feedback from customers and analyze the market and regulatory landscape.
  • Clearly understand how your role contributes to the success of our products and overall business strategy.
  • Understand the technology that powers your products and support your team in making technology decisions.
  • Collaborate with teams including Engineering, Data Science, and Sales to share and redefine best practices.Qualifications
  • Experience in Product Management, 6-8 years.
  • Analytical skills needed to drive insight from data.
  • Ability to solve complex problems with simple, elegant solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to act as an evangelist for data and analytics.
  • Track record of communicating complex concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies like Agile Scrum, Kanban, and writing user stories.
  • Business risk knowledge preferred but not required.
