You will be the evangelist for business risk products, promoting a culture of data-driven decision making and risk management with customers and customer-facing teams within our organization.To be successful in this role, you will need to understand Product Lifecycle Management, how products are used by customers, conduct experiments or optimizations using industry best practices, and measure the outcomes of your efforts with both qualitative and quantitative approaches.Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to execute product strategy and deliver business growth.
• Use standard development methodologies such as agile and tools such as JIRA to coordinate product delivery.
• Establish and track key metrics used to measure the success and performance of the products.
• Support customers and the sales organization with information such as feature functionality, packaging, and competitive positioning.
• Capture feedback from customers and analyze the market and regulatory landscape.
• Communicate the trade-off between buy, build, or partner options.
• Understand the technology that powers your products and support your team in making technology decisions.
• Collaborate with teams including Engineering, Data Science, and Sales to continually share and redefine best practices.Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Analytical skills needed to drive insight from data.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to act as an evangelist for data and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies like Agile Scrum and Kanban.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject is preferred but not required.Benefits
