Job Description:
Position Summary:The Inpatient Float Pool Nurse Supervisor will
work in collaboration with nursing leadership to develop and
implement patient care policies to ensure they are based on
evidence and/or best practice nursing standards and comply with
regulatory requirements. As new nursing knowledge and innovations
in practice advance, works to implement and monitor the application
into practice. Ensures standardized implementation across their
area of responsibility by working closely with the nurses.
Coordinates the activities of the nursing staff, including
appropriate staffing levels to ensure quality and safe patient
centered care.Minimum Qualifications:Required
- Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) within two (2)
years of hire
- Current Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
- American Heart Association BLS
- ACLS certification within six (6) months of hire
- PALS or ENPC certification within one (1) year of hire
- Two (2) years of nursing experiencePreferred
- Master of Science, Nursing (MSN) or Master's degree in related
field
- Prior nursing supervisory experienceEssential Job Functions:In

- Coordinates and oversees the organization-wide departmental

- This role requires regular and sustained attendance.
- The position may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour
workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
