Job Title: Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Dialysis Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Approximately 0600-1800, Days; may need to work a 4th day to meet guaranteed hours. Call required as needed. Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Yes Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Minimum of 1 year of experience in dialysis and BLS certification. Job Description: - Work as an Acute Dialysis RN in a post-acute care setting. - Provide specialized dialysis care to acute patients. - Handle a patient volume of 10-30 patients per month. - Work collaboratively as part of a team, ensuring high-quality care and patient outcomes. - Participate in on-call duties as required. - Work approximately 0600-1800 with potential for additional shifts to meet the guaranteed hours. - No floating between units required. - Adapt to a charting system to be determined. - Possess an active RN license. - Participate in a supportive, collaborative environment focusing on patient care excellence.
