Montana RN Licensure
American Heart Association BLS Certification
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
MUST HAVE Utilization Review Experience
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
2 years of acute care hospital experience as a case manager
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong clinical judgment and emotional intelligence
Ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
skills
Confidentiality and discretion in all interactions
Proficient with computer systems (MS Office, EMR)
Effective multitasking and organizational skills
