If you're ready to dive into a hands-on role, this is the opportunity for you!What You'll Do:As a shop labor / fabricator, youll support our field staff with a variety of tasks, including:- Shearing and forming break metal- Cutting, fabricating, and assembling aluminum storefronts, curtain walls, and entrance frames- Fabricating custom mirrors based on designs given by the field foremen- Receiving and processing freight materials- Ordering essential shop stock itemsWhat Were Looking For:While this role is physically demanding, strong math skills and mechanical aptitude are essential. Don't worrytraining will be provided for operating our CNC-controlled machinery, as well as for forklift certification (both shop and rough terrain).Schedule: This is a full-time position, working Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day.Compensation: This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $26-$30.Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits, including United Health Insurance, PTO, and holiday pay.
