  • Perform detailed assessments of each patient's physical, cognitive, and sensory abilities, as well as their developmental history and any relevant family concerns
  • Design personalized, developmentally appropriate treatment strategies
  • Implement hands-on therapeutic interventions, exercises, and activities that support fine motor skills, self-care, sensory integration, and social-emotional development
  • Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic, care plan that promotes functional independence and confidence
  • Track each patient's progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes, fostering growth and development
  • Provide education and training to parents and caregivers to ensure therapy strategies can be continued at home, maximizing progress
  • Share feedback and collaborate with the team to support continuous improvement of therapy practices, processes, and facilitiesQualifications:
    • Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
    • Valid state license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Montana
    • Experience working with children, particularly those with sensory, motor, and developmental challenges
    • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
