Commercial Construction LaborJoin Our Team at MT Contracting, Inc.!MT Contracting, Inc., a leading glazing contractor, is seeking a hardworking and motivated laborer to join our dynamic crew. If you're ready to dive into a hands-on role, this is the opportunity for you!What You'll Do:As a commercial laborer, youll support our field foremen with a variety of tasks, including:- Installing window systems including aluminum storefront and curtainwall, manufactured in our own facilities- Learning to install doors and door hardware in the field- Break Metal install based on flashing designs, also manufactured here at our facilities- Caulking frames to ensure a good seal around the perimeter- Organization of job sites to allow maximum productivity for the crews- Heavy equipment operation (telehandler, forklift, and aerial lift)What Were Looking For:While this role is physically demanding, strong math skills and mechanical aptitude are essential. No experience required, our foremen can train you in all aspects! We will also provide equipment training if not already certified.Schedule: This is a full-time position, working Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day.Compensation: This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25-$30.Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits, including United Health Insurance, PTO, and holiday pay.
