Journeyman GlazierMT Contracting, Inc., a leading glass and glazing company, is looking to add a Foreman-level Journeyman Glazier. We proudly serve as a subcontractor for numerous general contractors on projects in Big Sky and the Gallatin Valley.Responsibilities:-Lead or work in a crew installing aluminum storefront and curtainwall systems-Install heavy sliding doors, casement windows, and wood window products-Measure and design break metal profiles based on details in approved shop drawings-Glass install in all system types-Organize tools and materials for each job-Capture field photos for documentationQualifications:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to lift 75+ lbs- Clean driving record- 3+ years of relevant experience preferred- Strong problem-solving skills, including defining issues, generating solutions, implementing changes, and following upWhat Were Looking For: We are seeking someone who is strong, determined, and a good leader. Proficiency in reading a tape measure and strong math skills are essential.Schedule: This is a full-time position, working Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day.Compensation:- Competitive hourly wage: $30 - $38 DOEBenefits:- Comprehensive benefits package, including United Health Insurance, PTO, and holiday pay
