Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of shipments and deliveries, contributing to smooth operations across the company.Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and document all incoming shipments.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipment transactions.
• Input data accurately into our material planning software to track inventory and shipment details.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping and receiving issues.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to move and organize inventory.
• Ensure the shipping and receiving area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in shipping/receiving or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with inventory management or material planning software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods.
